Accommodation
Malta offers a variety of accommodation options for students, many of which are located close to the University campus, and can suit varying needs, lifestyles and budgets.
The University also offers its own residency options. Middlesex offers accommodation in Swieqi / St Julians area which is around 5-10 minute walk from campus.
All University residences are large, modern apartments consisting of 3 or more bedrooms. Students can opt for either a shared or a single room. All options come with shared kitchen and living facilities. The large living / dining areas in each apartment provide a comfortable area for students to hang out together and get to know each other better! All rent is inclusive of water and electricity.

Residences in Swieqi / St Julians
All residences based in Swieqi and St Julians are situated within walking distance from our campus.
| Single bedroom | Monthly Rent : €470 | Refundable Deposit : €550 |
| Shared bedroom | Monthly Rent : €310 | Refundable Deposit : €350 |
* Students are required to pay two months rent + the above indicated deposit to secure their accommodation.
